Appreciative Message to IDU Dallas Chapter
On behalf of the National Executive Committee, I appreciate the Dallas Chapter for the gigantic project of providing 22 solar-powered boreholes across communities in Ibadan. I congratulate the Chairman of IDU Dallas Chapter, Mr Shola Bolomope, who doubles as National PRO of IDU, his executive members and the entire members for this commendable gesture.
Praises bring more good gestures. It’s for this reason I would commend and appreciate all the donors whose generosity made it possible for the borehole project to be achieved. May God reward them with better gestures.
Indeed, this project came at the most auspicious period when water has become the bane of existence for our people at home. It signals a huge relief to the communities where the boreholes were sunk.
As the National President, I am elated that our Chapters are living up to the vision of IDU, which is to give and affect the lives of our people in Ibadan most positively. IDU National is always ready to collaborate with its chapters in providing succours to our people at home. While I express deep gratitude to Dallas Chapter and few other chapters which have done other projects, yet again, I see this as a challenge to many other chapters to emulate Dallas Chapter by continuing to touch the lives of our people at home. Let there be a healthy competition among the chapters to bring relief and joy to our people at home through projects that will touch their lives.
I thank our members across all chapters who deployed their resources to travel to Ibadan to give moral and financial supports to Dallas Chapter during the inauguration of the project. May our journeys be safe and merciful always.
